The final version of Release 10.0 of CAPS/2020® is now available. The release contains more than 60 new features, which will make the administration of your plans even easier. Some of the new features of Release 10.0 are a fully integrated customer service module, enhanced electronic auditing, claims payment with fractional percentages, roll-up processing enhancements, multiple assignees, extended name fields, complete 835 processing via Emdeon, integration with Anthem claims systems, more variables added for adjudication equations, Flex Batch EDI enrollment, Flex Billing, ACH for Flex, and much more The preliminary version of Release 11.0 is also available. Some of the features contained in that release are: general fee table loads, search claims by account#, check registers split for Anthem and Non-Anthem claims, flagging excluded codes that are patient responsibility, retrieve providers by NPI, ignore errors for on-line enrollment processing to process at a later time, and much more. As more enhancements become available, we will publish them here.
Next year's CAPS/2020® user conference will be held in Honolulu, HI, April 6-8, 2009. The conference will present Release 9.0, 10.0, 11.0 and 12.0 enhancements along with training sessions to help better use CAPS/2020® There will be some exciting news regarding e-net/2020 along with extensive e-net/2020 training sessions.
